1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neon Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to register
  • You must join our Discord server before registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per person - multiple accounts will be banned

3. Credits & Payments

  • Credits are non-refundable after purchase
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Minimum recharge amount is ₹1000
  • All payments are final - no chargebacks

4. License Keys

  • Keys are for personal use only - sharing = ban
  • Keys expire after the purchased duration
  • We reserve right to revoke keys for violations

5. Prohibited Activities

  • ❌ Sharing or reselling license keys
  • ❌ Attempting to hack/exploit the system
  • ❌ Using VPN/proxy to bypass restrictions
  • ❌ Harassing staff or other users

6. Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Chargeback or payment fraud
  • Inactivity for 12+ months
